Lovely and complex "bitter sweet" nose - citrus, mango, pineapple, bergamot candy, polifloral honey and salt minerality. Dry, medium body and high acidity. In the mouth it goes straight at saline lemon and grapefruit notes, combined later with unripe peach, butter, cream and minerals. It leaves a medium bitter citric but enjoyable finish.
